Andrea Grill ist Lyrikerin, Schriftstellerin, Übersetzerin und promovierte Evolutionsbiologin. Ihre Arbeiten wurden, u.a. mit dem Anton-Wildgans-Preis und dem Kinder- und Jugendbuchpreis der Stadt Wien ausgezeichnet.

Sie lehrt an der Schule für Dichtung in Wien.

Anja Utler, geboren 1973 in Schwandorf, lebt als Dichterin, Übersetzerin und Essayistin in Leipzig.

Ihr jüngstes Buch Es beginnt. Trauerrefrain (Edition Korrespondenzen, Wien) wurde 2024 mit dem Peter-Huchel-Preis ausgezeichnet. 2023 erhielt sie für ihr dichterisches Werk den Ernst-Jandl-Preis.

Andrea Grill is a poet, author, translator, and holds a doctorate in evolutionary biology. Her work has received, among others, the Anton Wildgans Prize and the Children’s and Youth Book Prize of the City of Vienna.

In Ökosystemen wirken verschiedenste Lebewesen zusammen.

In Stadt Land Fluss Getier schreiben und denken die Dichterinnen Andrea Grill und Anja Utler zusammen, um den Möglichkeiten eines ökologischen Schreibens auf die Schliche zu kommen.

Entstanden sind seit 2017 u.a. gemeinsame Texte, Filme und eine dokumentarische Film-Sound-Objekt- Installation.

In Stadt Land Fluss Getier, the poets Andrea Grill and Anja Utler write and think together to get to the bottom of the possibilities of ecological writing.

Since 2017, their collaboration has produced joint texts, films, and a documentary film-sound-object installation, among other things.
